PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER:
Orders may take 1- 6
weeks to fill, depending on supplies needed. Absolutely NO RUSH ORDERS for International Orders. Payment will be collected
in full at time of order less shipping and Hawaii State tax of
(4.167%). Shipping and tax will be collected upon completion. All
orders will be shipped Priority Mail unless customer request
alternative shipping method. We may use hot glue on some of
our costumes to keep our labor cost low for our customers . You may
request to have your costume hand stitched. We will give you a revised
quote for your order, if you choose to do this . There will be NO REFUNDS for
Custom
Orders. If you are unsatisfied with your order you may return
it so we may repair and return to you. MATERIAL and FABRIC
PATTERNS/COLORS used will vary (I will do my best to match the fabric
to the photo, but it will not be identical). Photos are only to
provide you an idea of what your costume will look like. Please ask
any questions or inform me of any specific request prior to your
order. If you intend to place an order for your halau please inform
me, so we can be sure to have enough material/fabric to fill your
order.
